NOVEO attaches great importance to protecting personal data and information. Keeping information private is a major concern for us when processing the personal information you provide us. This data is processed and secured in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.

Our web server systematically saves the IP address assigned by your Internet service provider, the URL address from which you accessed our site, the individual pages of our site that you visited and the dates and times at which you accessed these pages. In some cases, NOVEO uses so-called “cookies”. Personal information is only stored if you provide it yourself, fill in a form or place an order on our website.

Your personal data is received, processed and used in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of individual rights, in particular the GDPR. It is used exclusively when drafting contracts and in our legitimate commercial interest in terms of the service and advice we give to our customers. NOVEO undertakes not to sell or rent the information you provide, nor to pass it on to third parties, with the exception of duly authorised subcontractors in the context of specific communication organised by us.

We automatically gather certain data about you and your computer when you visit our website. For example, we will save your IP address, the name of your web browser (such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari), and the referring website. We may also collect information about your online activity, such as pages viewed and purchases made.
